🚀 Getting Started

  • Open the app and grant microphone permission
  • Tap the mic button and speak your reminder
  • Say things like "Remind me to call mom tomorrow at 3pm"
  • Your reminder will be created and scheduled automatically

🎙️ Voice Commands

  • Time-based: "Remind me in 30 minutes to..."

Frequently Asked Questions

Why isn't my voice being recognized?

Make sure you've granted microphone permission in your iPhone Settings. Go to Settings > FollowFollow > Microphone and ensure it's enabled. Also, try speaking clearly and in a quiet environment for best results.

How do I enable location-based reminders?

Location-based reminders require location permission. Go to Settings > FollowFollow > Location and select "Always" or "While Using the App". For the best experience with arrival/departure triggers, "Always" is recommended.

Why aren't my reminders speaking?

Check these settings: 1) Ensure your phone isn't in Silent Mode (flip the side switch). 2) Verify you're not in Quiet Hours (Settings > Quiet Hours). 3) Make sure your volume is turned up. 4) Check that notifications are enabled for FollowFollow.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find FollowFollow in the list and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I export my reminders?

Yes! Go to Settings > Data Management > Export All Data. This will create a file containing all your reminders, saved locations, and settings that you can share or save for backup.

How do I delete all my data?

Go to Settings > Data Management > Delete All Data. You'll need to type "DELETE" to confirm. This will permanently remove all reminders, saved locations, audio files, and settings. This action cannot be undone.

Why is the app using battery in the background?

FollowFollow uses location services in the background to trigger location-based reminders. We've optimized battery usage, but if you're not using location-based reminders, you can change location permission to "While Using the App" to save battery.

How does the free trial work?

New users get a 7-day free trial with full access to all premium features. No payment information is required to start. After 7 days, you can choose to subscribe or continue with limited free features.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes! Your reminder data is stored locally on your device. Voice recordings are processed in real-time and not stored after conversion. We use industry-standard encryption for any data transmission. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

What languages does FollowFollow support?

Currently, FollowFollow supports English for voice recognition and spoken reminders. We're working on adding more languages in future updates. Stay tuned!
