Information You Provide
- Voice Recordings: When you create voice reminders, we process your voice to convert it to text. Voice recordings are processed securely and are not stored on our servers after processing.
- Reminder Content: The text and details of your reminders are stored locally on your device and synced securely if you use iCloud.
- Location Data: With your permission, we access your location for location-based reminders and Quick Capture features.
- Photos: With your permission, we access your camera for the Quick Capture feature to save photos of locations.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage Data: How you interact with the App, features used, and app performance data.
- Crash Reports: Technical information when the app encounters errors, to help us improve stability.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality
- Process your voice commands and create reminders
- Send you reminder notifications at the appropriate times and locations
- Generate spoken audio for your reminders using AI text-to-speech
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests

Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to provide App functionality:
- OpenAI: We use OpenAI's services to process natural language from your voice commands and generate spoken audio for reminders. Your reminder text is sent to OpenAI for processing. Please review OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
- Apple Services: We use Apple's Speech Recognition for voice-to-text conversion, iCloud for data sync, and Apple Push Notification service for reminders.
Data Storage and Security
Your reminder data is primarily stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync,
your data is also stored in your personal iCloud account, protected by Apple's security measures.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide you with the App's
services and as described in this Privacy Policy. Voice recordings are processed in real-time
and are not stored after conversion to text.
You can delete your data at any time through the App's Settings by using the "Delete All Data" option.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request access to your personal data
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data
- Export: Export your data in a portable format (available in App Settings)
- Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
